UnitedScrip is located in South Carolina (Gold Area) and ships UPS. Please refer to chart for the expected shipping times and to determine how you would like your packages shipped to your Group or Organization. Special Rates will apply for Next Day Service. Remember, UnitedScrip ships out your order no later than 5 p.m. the following day when order is received before 1 p.m. Orders are shipped in order received and if possible are shipped the same day.
- Ground Rate $7.00 to School or Business UPS (Signature Required)
- Residence $7.50 UPS Ground (Signature Required)
- 2nd Day Air By End of Day Letter $12.00 (Signature Required)
- Waiver must be signed for packages left without signature.
Packages & Boxes can cost more if shipped air. Please call and we will gladly give you a quote.
Please note that rates reflect shipping costs that include partial payment of costs paid by UnitedScrip. It is not our intention to profit from shipping; we will gladly adjust if possible!
Helpful Hints and Procedures that you need to know!
- We always acknowledge your emailed order with a “Thank You for your order” email reply. If you do not receive this email, call to make sure your emailed order transmitted properly.
- If you fax an order, please call to make sure that we received it.
- After filling your order, you receive a PDF file invoice. Backorders are noted. Check the invoice for accuracy and call immediately if there is an error. PLEASE confirm shipping address.
- Once package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a UPS tracking number for your package. This email contains a direct link to the package-tracking site.
