UnitedScrip’s Steps to Begin Your Scrip Program

Starting a Scrip Program can be accomplished by following just a few simple steps:

• Complete your Introduction/Enrollment Process
• Download the Introductory Package for New Groups
• Return Enrollment Form via Fax or email, but mail an original copy to UnitedScrip, Inc

Once we have added your group in our Systems, you will receive from UnitedScrip:

• Group Id
• Passwords for
• www.ourscrip.com
• www.unitedscrip.com/portal
• www.scripzone.com (if needed)
• Key for downloading UnitedScrip2006 software

Establish Your Program Foundation

• Download UnitedScrip’s Workbook for New Groups from our Learning Center Library.
• Identify two or three key individuals who have a vision for what the program can accomplish for your group.
• Set up your Banking Accounts.
• Establish the Procedure Policies and Goals for your Program 
• Utilize UnitedScrip’s Workbook for New Groups to guide your organization as you formulate your procedure manual, schedules and design your program.
• Set Up your Software or Book-keeping method.
• Utilize UnitedScrip’s Step by Step tutorials that will guide you through the Software set-up, Campaign and Team design, Family enrollment and ordering process.

Establish your target date to launch your program.

• Schedule educational meeting or newsletters and flyers to introduce the program to your parents.
• Utilize and customize UnitedScrip’s Power Point presentation for group meetings or customize our Introductory Newsletter Templates and flyers for your group. We will be happy to help with the customization with you.

Launch Your Program

• Send out order forms.
• Collect forms and payments from parents.
• Deposit Checks
• Enter orders into software that compiles orders into one group order.
• Send order to UnitedScrip by email, on-line, fax or phone.
• Pay for your Order!
• See your Profit Immediately (you pay net of order and profit remains in your accounts!)
• Receive your order from UnitedScrip with 2 -3 days.
• Distribute family orders.
